Valinox.MZ is strategically located in the Fomento neighbourhood, in the municipality of Matola, the industrial heart of Mozambique, which in 2010 accounted for around 60% of the country’s industrial park.

It benefits from a privileged logistical location, situated approximately 15 km from Maputo International Airport and less than 5 km from the Matola Terminal of the Port of Maputo. An additional asset is the railway line adjacent to the site, which ensures a direct and efficient connection to the Port of Matola.

The company’s complex occupies a fenced area of 14,000 m², which includes:

• A factory building with 1,600 m² of covered area, fully equipped and suitable for the activity carried out.

• Two semi-detached houses for expatriate accommodation.
