Code of ethics and conduct

Valinox is ruled by a code of ethics and conduct, whose main objective is to make is values know to all interrested. Here it defines a set of rules of conduct that values the behavior of its employees in the performance of their professional activity, such as preventing and fight against corruption and related offenses, harassement, discrimanation and protecting the complainants of infractions. Promotes honesty, equaty, transparency, confidentiality and trust on the relationship whit various stakeholders.
This code of ethichs and conduct it’s disclosed internally and updated whenever deemed necessary.

Internal complaints channel

Valinox’s activity is based on ethical principles of honesty, responsability, integrety and justice.
In this context, Valinox promotes a policy in wich it safeguards respect for the human and professional dignity and the physical and moral integrety of its employees and all of those who relate to them professionally, ensuring a work environment characterized by safety, rigour and responsability.
In order to ensure this commitment to the corporate values set out and in compliance with the provison of Law nº93/2021, of december 20, effective as of june 18, 2022, wich establishes the general regime for the protection of complaints of infractions, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of people who reported violations of the Union law, Valinox has set up the internal complaints channel so that anyone can safetly report misconduct irregularities ou incorrect behavior praticed or committed in the company or whitin their professional activity.
This channel should never be used to submit false, infounded or defamatory complaints, or those in the sole aim of harming others, therefore all complaints must be suported by evidence.
